Hello, I am Wingi, the founder of Refinsory, a life coach focused on happiness and self-transformation.
My story begins in a family filled with negative energy. After graduating from university, I started my journey of self-healing. In the competitive international workplace, I learned to interact with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, fostering deep empathy.
What truly changed my life was my dog, whom I raised for over ten years. She taught me what "unconditional love" means—pure, non-judgmental, and unreserved. When I experienced the separation from her, I began to reconsider: what is true happiness? What is the meaning of love?
This painful yet precious experience made me realize that happiness is not the absence of pain, but rather the ability to feel love and meaning even in pain. Having walked this path, I deeply understand those who seek inner peace amidst family trauma, the loss of pets, or high-pressure environments.
Now, I combine personal experiences with professional coaching techniques to help you face life's challenges. Modern society is filled with noise—social media, news, and fear of missing out (FOMO)—which drowns out our inner voice. I reject superficial "positive energy" and advocate for sustainable happiness based on six pillars: positive emotions, self-acceptance, personal growth, meaningful relationships, life purpose, and achievement.
