我的教練服務通常分為以下幾個階段：

1. 初步諮詢：我們將進行30分鐘的免費諮詢，了解您的現況、挑戰及目標。
2. 目標設定：根據您的需求，我們共同擬定短期與長期目標，以及個人化的教練計畫。
3. 定期會談：每次會談約60分鐘，以深度對話、自我探索練習及實務工具為主，協助您思考與突破。
4. 行動追蹤與反思：每次會談後會有簡單的行動計畫與自我反思，協助您持續進步。
5. 定期回顧：根據進度調整教練內容，確保達到最佳效果。 

My coaching follows these main stages:

1. Initial Consultation: A free 30-minute chat to understand your situation, challenges, and goals.
2. Goal Setting: Together, we set clear personalized short- and long-term goals and create a coaching plan.
3. Regular Sessions: Each session (60 minutes) uses deep dialogue, self-exploration exercises, and practical tools to help you reflect and grow.
4. Action & Reflection: After every session, you will get a simple action plan and self-reflection tasks to encourage ongoing progress.
5. Progress Reviews: We will regularly review your journey and adjust the coaching as needed to ensure the best results.
   

成效因人而異，大多數學員在3-6次教練會談後會感受到明顯的改變，例如：自我認識提升、情緒狀態改善、生活滿意度增加。 若能積極參與及落實行動計畫，通常可在1-2個月內看到初步成效。成長與蛻變是持續的過程，維持定期教練更能鞏固效果。

Results vary per individual. Most clients notice a clear change (better self-awareness, emotional improvement, higher life satisfaction) after 3–6 sessions. If you actively participate and implement action steps, you can typically see early results within 1–2 months. Growth and transformation are ongoing, and consistent coaching supports long-term change.
